“Sin City is where you go in with your eyes open,” says the creepy voice in this sexy tralier for Frank Miller’s Sin City: A Dame to Kill For. “Or you don’t come out at all.”

Just make sure your eyes are open for this one.  You don’t want to miss the mother-of-all sexy half naked body roll’s Jessica Alba’s character Nancy Callahan puts on show at about 1.45sec. We know where she got the body and the stripper moves from for the flick, but since then one of the ways she’s been staying in ab-tastic shape is none other than hot yoga.

Leave it to Jessica Alba to find a yoga instructor who has a wait-list for his classes (I was #13 and was turned away last week!) and has danced on stage with the likes of Madonna, Prince, Janet Jackson and Mary J Blige to name a few.

Omar Lopez who teaches the famous and ever packed Sculpt class at Hot8Yoga has been working with Alba for about a year and a half since she “came into the studio and took my sculpt class,” says Lopez. “Sculpt is something completely different. It’s something else. People don’t know how packed it gets.”

Oh yes we do! So does Alba who likes the variety Lopez brings to the yoga practice.  “She doesn’t just do yoga…we do fusion,” says Lopez. “Its a combination of yoga, dance, kickboxing, pliometrics and more. She likes to dance she likes yoga and this is all in one.”

There you have it!  And in case you are wondering how Alba does hot yoga classes at home, well, its pretty simple: “It’s just a garage and heat but its fully functional,” says Lopez. “It’s hot!”

No excuses folks… just heat up a room and go!

But if you want to check out Omar Lopez’ classes go to Hot8Yoga and show up at least half and hour early or you will probably miss out!
